The AAA-Response App (Formerly TrackBox) developed by TrackBox Technologies (Pty) Ltd is a pioneering app with a patented countdown clock which connects people to emergency services and allows emergency services quick access to important personal information. A simplistic interface allows the user to easily report suspicious activities as well as add GPS located alerts.

The AAA-Response database gathers all essential information needed in an emergency. By tapping the AAA-Response Centre button in the app, the ERPC (Emergency Response & Prevention Centre) dispatchers can access any information that emergency units might need to carry out their duties effectively.

The ERPC Collaboration Network which is run by Together SA CAN (NPO) is a network of specialist dispatch centres and services, uniting all role players into an advanced response resource for members, allowing them access to help instantly, from all AAA-Response collaborators and is widely supported by role-players across all safety and security industries.

Primary Features & Services:

MyVault is your database of personal information and the backbone of TrackBox Technologies (Pty) Ltd and Together SA CAN (NPO). Used in combination with the app, it links your mobile device to your profile and improves response time in the case of an emergency, giving our trained responders immediate access to all relevant information.

If you are without data or airtime, you can use the emergency 'Call Me' feature which will send an emergency 'Call Me' activation to your selected ERPC.

*TrackMe provides the ERPC with a breadcrumb trail of your activity while you are on the move. It helps us keep an eye on you, and ensures you reach your destination safely.

*Report a host of incidents such as suspicious activity, animal cruelty, poaching, accidents, crime etc. or submit a GPS Voice note report. Cases are automatically created and an ERPC Dispatcher will follow up, dispatch relevant response personnel and further investigate. Additionally, the incident map will be updated to notify those in the area of the incident.

Listing your family members physical characteristics, and upload photographs, allows us to mass activate a response in the case of a missing family member.

Scan a vehicle licence disk with the Vehicle Check Centre to document your vehicle details for support on any vehicle accident, registration number cloning or to report suspicious activity if safe to do so.

Couldn’t register at first

When I tried to register, it just says “we could not find any security questions saved on your profile”. I called the help centre and they managed to sort it out though.

Life altering experience

On the 24th of December 2019 I received a call telling me that a hiker had been bitten by a snake. On responding to the call I immediately activated TrackBox. They contacted me and dispatched a paramedic. Having found the patient I administered first aid and met with the paramedic who commence with advanced life support. The patient was then airlifted to hospital. I cannot praise the staff of “ TrackBox” who were in touch with me every step of the way. I recommend this app in no uncertain terms! Thx guys!

Initial problems but support is good

A couple of gremlins to iron out but the very good support team. If battle to register, contact them and they will assist.
