Screen Time Parental Control helps parents manage their children’s screen time and app usage. Set time limits, block apps during bedtime, reward them for chores and more.
Kids who have a smartphone spend an average of 7.5 hours on their devices per day. Screen Time was developed to help parents get their children to put their phones down and engage in outdoor activities, family chats at the dinner table, concentrate on their homework, and get a good night’s sleep.
The free version of Screen Time arms parents with information about their children's’ smartphone and tablet usage. With the free version of our screen time tracker, you are able to:
▪ Monitor your kids’ screen time
▪ View app usage - See which apps are being used and for how long
▪ Receive a notification when your kids try to install a new app
▪ Receive a daily summary of your kids app and web usage
If you decide you need to proactively manage your children's’ screen time on iPhone or iPad, our Premium version of our app gives parents greater control over their kids’ devices. With Screen Time Premium, you can:
▪ Set a specific daily time limit for your kids’ screen time
▪ Set schedules of when they can and can’t use their device
▪ Instantly pause your kids’ devices at the push of a button
▪ Block certain app activity during bedtime
▪ See exactly where your children are with GPS phone location tracking
▪ Get an alert when your child arrives or leaves a specific location
▪ Receive a daily email summary of your kids app and web usage
▪ Set tasks and chores for your kids to complete, allowing them to earn additional screen time when they’re done

Not good for children
I can’t do anything on my phone, great app for parents btw. I’m not allowed on my phone all the time, I don’t get to message my friends as much and my academics have become excellent. Is it worth it, I don’t know.
Don’t buy this App
This app works just enough to rope you in to leave you thinking that one day it will actually do what it promised to do. Most of the functions don’t exist and the 10’s of emails we sent to get sorted did not get us anywhere. If you want an App that puts your child’s phone on hold and does nothing else, this is for you. But consider that there are many other cheaper apps around that can do the same thing. Or, better yet, just take your child’s phone away - it works the same way. No nuance in this app at all! A waste of money.
Big problem experienced when using Apple
Loaded this app to restrict time only on son's phone. The app automatically block many apps which I learnt later was due to my son swiping close the app. Essential communication apps also blocked automatically. Deleted app to try and bring blocked apps back, this did not work and tried reloading app but the device now determined Screen Time as explicit content app and would not load it. Total frustration and overly complicated with Screen Time on Apple plus very limit ability to control much (even emails that are sent to parents made no sense at all). You cannot control specific apps on an Apple device so it appears to automatically block most of the including the app itself. Still a long way to go to make user friendly based on my experience.
