A must have for students!
This app is useful for when you want to access a platform and journal your feelings/thoughts. I also found myself using the breathing exercise quite frequently to de-stress. This is a must have for students. 🙌🏻
Great App
Journaling has never been something that I do. This app has helped me put into words what I feel, especially when I feel like I cannot speak to those around me. I especially enjoyed the mood tracking and breathing exercises included.

really good way and modern way of expressing yourself and journaling your feelings without having to put pen to paper . The breathing exercises also helps centre yourself and calm your anxiety !
