Ratings and Reviews
Points Slow
It takes more than a week to upload my points. I had to phone customer care. Please change the app that I don't have to type in my details with every single slip I upload. I usually upload the weeks slips on one day.
Never Works
The app is completely non user friendly. Despite updates I have for months been unable to claim benefit points, view specials.... in fact the only thing I can do is find a petrol station which I could use google for.
I have tried the contact is feature almost every month but nothing changes.
I will wait for another month and the delete the app in hope that someone will listen to me and fix the bugs. For now it is a complete waste of storage on my phone!
Poor app in this day and age
With all the technology available this app is still manual input driven. The Dis-Chem points page is a point in question. Why it is necessary to input everything on the till slip, after a photo is uploaded, boggles the mind. Wonder if the people would approved this ever took to time to see how laborious it is to use.
