Good when it works
For the last month I haven’t been able to update any watch settings from the app.
It says device is offline which is inaccurate as the watch can still make phone calls etc.
I’ve even tried updating the apn settings but the app still won’t allow me to make any updates and the location map on the app was also last updated a month ago.
Great App
This app isn’t bad at all, sometimes the gps is a bit off but it shows when my daughter is in school. Sometimes it gives the wrong notification when her watch has not been removed but it could be because she’s little and her wrists are still quite tiny.
I still enjoy having the peace of mind of knowing where she is. Being able to call her at any time is really great. Overall it’s a great app and I’m glad that I have it rather than not knowing at all where my daughter is.
It would be great if certain features were better.
Not easy to use
The app seems fine, BUT I am extremely frustrated with using the watch. I find it extremely difficult to use as the instruction booklet shows nothing about how to use the buttons. I hat to figure out myself how to make a phone call and how to do a recording! My kids will have a difficult time understanding and operating the watch... which defeats the purpose! Imagine being in an emergency situation and you have no idea how to phone. Or they push the wrong buttons and I get notified on the app of emergency! The app has NO help function that could instruct you on using the watch. I am extremely frustrated and very disappointed with the watch.
