Simple yet Arduous
As a crew member who is forced to use this service i can appreciate the move to a more simplistic and sleek design for the new app and website, however ShipMoney remains a headache for remittances as once they have sent money incorrectly to another person and more recently put holds on your funds without any notice.
While they attempt to do the best to offer smooth services, i feel like the customer support should re-evaluate the manner in which notifications and messages are sent to further smooth the processing of ones funds.

It’s still functioning like a site instead of an application like other banking apps, there is still a lot to improve on.
