Good app - one gripe - please could you enhance your camera capability- it doesn’t allow for auto focus when scanning QR for earning points. When attempting to scan, the image is blur; can’t earn points

Getting worse every time
More glitches more frustrating to use. Had to log in again after placing an order and go through 100 loops after the latest update that has forgotten my login, password and biometrics. Then as I was ready to place my recovered order it assigned it to another branch. And no I didn’t accidentally make a mistake when ordering. I wish I took screenshots. This is the second time it has happened using the app. First time I only found out when I arrived at the wrong branch. How frustrating. Great franchise, deserves a better app developer.
No good at all
I have tried to use it multiple times and it’s really so buggy… when trying to place a order it hangs mid way in my order and just becomes unresponsive to clicks, have to close and open again (and dosnt remember what I had in cart). then today I tried again and some menu items clicks just flat out don’t work, even after reset I couldn’t add a 561 so had to phone in my order again any way. Also why make me have to choose if I want cutlery with EVERY ITEM and make it compulsory, let me pick it once per an order, I mean have the people that made this app ever tried to practically use this app :/
