I love the simplicity of this app. The voice is gentle, soothing and helpful. The background sounds also very calming. Volume controls are easy to access, allowing you to choose your own balance between voice and background or to exclude either according to your personal preference.
Other meditation apps that I have tried can become quite jarring and distracting.
This is the one I'll stay with.
Best to Get into Meditation
My first meditation 🧘🏾♀️ app... so good to help one get into the habit of mediation. Its simple, easy to use, and you can start as small as 5 or 10 minutes. Go on try it, but commit to doing 21 sessions before you consider giving up, because meditation 🧘🏾♀️ Practice results seem small at first but if you push through- you will thank yourself. Thank me later 😉💕
