Good tracker, can improve
The tracker is really good. Something weird that I noticed is that if I had a night of sleep with a lot of disruptions but my HR dip was still 20+% then later that day I get “Higher quality sleep detected” while I obviously had lower quality sleep due to all the disruptions.
It would also be nice if the iPhone app had the ability to show several days’ stats on the same screen in order to compare and view trends.
Great but not perfect
I think this App is one of the best of its kind and I love the graphics and detailed information contained within it but, it fails to accurately pick up sleep disruptions.
I recently ran it in parallel to an official instrumented sleep study which diagnosed me with severe obstructive sleep apnoea. During that study I recall waking three times, enough to look at the time on my watch and recall those events the following day and yet, none were detected by the App. I do understand that the App is not meant for diagnostic purposes but one would think it should be capable of determining when the subject was awake. One other suggestion I would make is the distinction between night time sleep quality and daytime fatigue. Again, this is perhaps not important for the general user but, for those who become fatigued during the day due to sleep disruption at night, it is important to separate the two. I know one can edit the total period of sleep but an intermediate marker to distinguish between cessation of formal sleep in the morning and the rest of the day, without otherwise losing the daytime fatigue analysis, would be useful as it would better summarise night time sleep without the added artifactual influence of daytime somnolence.

Default sensitivity for me still needs a bit of work sometime i wake up at night and it doesn't pick it up as a disturbance .But otherwise its a very very good and helpful app
