App can’t handle exceptions/ poor loading
App failing to load most times at login, have to relaunch the app multiple times until it goes through. Shows exception errors, developers didn’t handle some exceptions. Can’t maintain user session, I don’t know if the app is using old tech stack? Might look at upgrading and getting experienced mobile developers with latest stack to do it
Needs a bit of work with updates
Personally, I’ve had a bad experience with any data updating on this app. The wallet doesn’t update even when you’ve made payment (especially via EFT). The updates on your consumption also don’t load at all. Literally only use it to check when I need to topup and for past statements.
Could be better, at the moment it doesn’t deliver on it’s features.
