No phone number to contact or place your queries, assistants take hours to help they don’t care about clients they keep changing systems. Very unreliable can’t recommend them to anyone

I signed up with this bank a few months ago now I can’t take out my money because i have reached my limit and mind you this is the first time in months I have used this bank account. I have been only depositing money on it . It really sounds like a pyramid scheme, thats just my opinion and I will come back and update my review if they prove me wrong and let me take out my money out of their system. For now its been back and forth like a pyramid scheme

I can’t pay with it instore or online it declined instore while I have a lot of money and for online purchases it doesn’t do at all , so what’s the purpose of having it honestly?

Great app! but it would be even better if you could add Apple App Store or iTunes gift cards to the available gift card options.

Bad customer service . I sent an eft to another bank and did an immediate payment that took R40 charges supposedly must have taken 30 minutes to clear but it’s been over 24 hours now it’s still pending but the money is out of my account. No help from the customer service . help took 4 days n I lost R80 in charges. Ended removing my money n closing the account. Bad

I’ll never recommend anyone to use this bank. They are very unreliable and funds take weeks to come through even PayPal is better than these con artists every time they will have excuses of technical problems don’t trust these idiots with your money they will disappoint you
