Frustrating Experience with Paid Membership

I’ve been using this transcription app as a subscriber, but unfortunately, my experience has been frustrating. Even after paying for a membership, I’ve encountered several issues. The transcription process is painfully slow, and sometimes the app fails to convert audio into text altogether. For a paid service, I expected much better reliability and performance. These recurring problems make it difficult to recommend, especially when there are other options out there. Hoping the developers address these issues soon.

Pretty useless

Unfortunately the recorder never recorded anything even after 10 attempts.
Eventually the dictation option managed to pick up my voice, but completely misheard almost every word. The result was garbled nonsense. I deleted the app after several attempts to get it working
