Submerged is a third-person combat-free game in which you explore a mysterious flooded city and discover the beauty of desolation in vast outdoor environments. You take on the role of Miku, a young girl who has brought her wounded brother to the city in their small fishing boat. Navigate the flooded city streets by boat, scale the drowned buildings, and use your telescope to scour the city for the supplies needed to save your dying sibling. As you explore the city at your own pace, you encounter the habitat that flourishes in this colorful place and discover hidden objects that piece together the story of a broken world and a broken family.

- Cruise through the city streets in your small powered fishing boat, using your telescope to identify which of the various buildings contain supplies and mark them on your map.
- Discover the best path to the objects you spotted from afar. Dock your boat at tall buildings and landmarks and climb the vines, ladders, ledges and pipes as increasingly difficult navigation puzzles.
- Developed by an independent studio based in Australia, consisting of AAA veterans who have previously worked on the BioShock series, with music from BAFTA award winning composer Jeff van Dyck.

Pleasantly surprised
I was very skeptical about this game going into it, but it surprised me.
The controls are simple, but takes a while to get used to. Some issues I can think of is while climbing, when the camera is at a certain angle, it's hard to get the direction you are looking for and it can get a little frustrating.
Graphics is done well, but I've seen better from games such as Dead Trigger. It's nothing to be ashamed off though and holds up well. Considering this is an 'open world' on a mobile device it's pretty sweet actually. The water looks good. :) Lighting and shadows are pretty.
Sound and music is good.
Gameplay is simple, relaxing and requires you to explore the 'open world' to find certain items and secrets. There is no combat as far as I know, which isn't a bad thing in this game's case. You can mark things on your map by using your telescope so you can visit there again later, which is good since your location gets reset every time you find a story item. The world is kinda dull and there's not much to see sadly, lots of buildings, water and mossy greens gets old fast. Fish and things in the water swim through buildings O_O
I'm only about <50% done so I may have missed something.
Interesting but controls are frustrating
I would love to explore this world and paid good money for this app but the controls are too erratic and do not work properly. Very frustrating!!
Disappointed
Looks like a great game. Nice and peaceful, but the steering is a frustration. Always more irritated than what I was before I started playing.
