Enable Apple Health with your Apple Watch to keep track of all your activity in the Sweat app.

Sweat is free to download. Ongoing use requires an active subscription, available on a monthly or yearly basis. New customers who choose a monthly subscription are eligible for a free trial period. Yearly subscriptions are billed the total annual fee from purchase date. Monthly subscription users are billed per month.

Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.

Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings in iTunes after purchase. Once purchased, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term. Read our full Terms and conditions & Privacy Policy:

It’s packed with everything that’s made her Bikini Body Guides an international sensation, including short 28-minute workouts (minimal equipment needed), customizable meal plans, and global fitness challenges. Plus, good news for devoted fans: Sweat also offers targeted programs designed for weights, yoga, and post-pregnancy. Kayla and her crew of awesome trainers are here to root you on.

Life-changing App ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The results (physically and emotionally) are worth every drop of sweat! This app has shown me - a person with zero previous athletic experience and minimal coordination - that my body is capable of achieving amazing things. The improvement in my confidence has been remarkable.

You can do the 28-minute resistance workouts (supported by intermittent cardio sessions) in the privacy of your home, if desired, and you can modify the exercises to suit your current fitness / proficiency level. The app also comes with daily meal suggestions, which is a winner 👌🏻.

The program extends to a much broader Sweat / BBG community, which supports its members and provides constant inspiration, and whenever I’ve needed assistance or advice, the Sweat support team has provided excellent and friendly feedback (these days the feedback isn’t instant, but that’s to be expected, with the community having grown so much).

At the end of the day, it’s always going to come down to your own commitment and self-discipline, but I cannot recommend this app strongly enough as an excellent blueprint for a healthy body and lifestyle. I’ve subscribed since 2017 and continue to be a loyal user.

Proper results first time ever

I have spent my entire adult life dieting and training. I have had personal trainers, done cardio until my heart gave out, trained eight times a week and......nothing. I have been following Kelsey wells for about 3 months. I now have a waist and a perky bottom and a total joy for training. I look forward to every day. The sessions are tough but totally doable. Not too little and not too much...... just right !! Trust me......worth every cent and more. Choose your trainer and then stick to it. Team Kelsey Wells!!!!!!!
