Talinity is the hire-by-referral community to help you and your friends and colleagues find the perfect job.

Everyone agrees that the best way to both hire and get hired is through referral. But there's never been an easy way to find a job through your network, help a friend find a job or help a company find a great candidate, until now.

Talinity uses AI to match you and your network to job opportunities. But it’s more than just an algorithm, we maintain the human touch. When one of your contacts sees that you match a job, they decide if they think you’d be a good fit, and if so reach out to see if you agree. If so, they can refer you directly to the hiring manager. When a company gets a referral from Talinity, they pay attention - because the community has made sure that the candidate doesn't just match the position on paper, they genuinely match and are interested in the opportunity.

Getting started is simple.

1. Sign up
2. Load all your contacts to form your private network*
3. Invite your contacts that you think would like to join
4. Fill out your profile (we have tools to help with this!)
5. Refer or get referred!

*We believe your contacts are yours. We will not share them with anyone else. Loading them in Talinity is meant solely for you to refer and be referred for jobs. That’s it.
