1.Big Data Lab Stellar Contribution Reward System Releases
After the version update, head to NXX > Headquarters > Stellar Contribution Reward System to check your current Contribution Level and unlock more Contribution Level Rewards. For more information about the reward content and rules, please refer to the official announcement.
2.New "Smart Room Card" Recycling Function
After the version update, when the player has unlocked the maximum number of rooms in NXX > Lounge, any excess Smart Room Cards will be converted to S-Chips at the rate of 1:100, and the S-Chips will be sent to the player via Mailbox.
3.New Visit Invitation Exclusive Mode
After the version update, if the Visit Series Invitation is set as the Main Screen, tap the "Interact" button to enter the Interaction page, where players can hide all the buttons and turn off outfit music on the page to enjoy our new Exclusive Mode.
Ratings and Reviews
Game won’t open and it doesn’t go past the loading screen
Was really looking forward to playing the game after a friend showed me the characters and the ways and the animations of the game. But I downloaded it and it doesn’t go past the loading screen.
I have plenty of space and the app is compatible as I recently go a new phone.
I also updated the app hoping it would fix the problem but it hasn’t.
I really hope that this can be fixed soon as I’m really looking forward to playing the game.

Dear Player,
Please try to switch between Wi-Fi and 4G data to download the game or using a VPN to get better connection is recommended. Also, try to reinstall the game, clear cache and restart your device first.

About start screen problem:
Hello there, I have gotten the game but it doesn’t load. And I have tried a vpn and by recommendation changed my location to the US, clear cache or what others say: clear resources and re-downloaded the resources yet it doesn’t work and also tried changing my Wi-Fi between 4G and router but also deleting the game and reinstalling it. So please help me with this problem.
Also I am a apple user and have a version 16.6 on my and is an IPad (9th generation) also on my iPad it has 55,9 GB or 8,12 GB storage left
then on my phone: it’s an iPhone (11th generation or iPhone 11, and iOS version 16.6 and then has 45 GB or 18,94 GB storage left
Also I have been trying to use my Apple ID sign in so should I be using a normal gmail that has already been used in other hoyoverse games like for example a game I use: Genshin Impact
I hope you do reply with a solution that will work for me

Game won’t start
Uhh ive uninstalled and reinstalled this game 3 times. My phone is capable of handling it and I have enough storage but for some reason after downloading everything it won’t let me past the loading screen with the statue lady and it just stays there. Please fix this bug soon as others have also experienced this. I was looking forward to playing this game.
