For FreeMe Family this is a useless app
This update I can now see my usage again, data, voice etc used on the account in the current month, which was broken in the last update. No matter which of my 8 sims I select, I only see the overall account stats for this month. Nothing per sim and no history. 2 updates back I could at least see previous months history per sim - nothing in the current month, which is useless too if trying to see who is this month's hog... To understand what is happening in the month you need this rubbish app, the ussd interface and the desktop Web interface. If you don't have all 3 at once you are blind. Catch a wakeup or I'm going to choose to go back to a contract from a provider with live info that allows me easy control over my account - go visit Afrihost and Axxess apps for some hints.

This is the most useless app ever. It takes years to log in, then some more years to apparently retrieve information. Once done with this retrieval, it displays nothing about my actual broadband usage that it need to see for the multi simms. It only displays the wifi data left, which i never use. The bulling account is wrong as well. How can you let your developers make such a bad app even reach the app store. It has not even been tested and the public is asking why you even pay the developers for this non workable software. Please do not put another update here before you take a small effort to even test the functionality. I rate it zero as what I need to see is just plain data usage that it can’t display.
It great, when it works...
The app is cool and useful- I’m on contract, it helps track my allocated data each month.
However, it does not have work half the time - simply says it can’t get your data - fix it Telkom!
It still does not show how much of your LIT Video data you have used. In a world where video content is key form of communication, it matters to know how much of the allocated data I have used - fix it!
Also on the website, stop giving the option to use the old or new site - you’ve had that on for more than a year, people have migrated, those who haven’t will not, simply because they have the old site option - fix it!
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
