One card to pay for your items. You need a linked card to your online profile - you can apply for an account, and link your card online. When you log in with the profile, the card will be available in checkout. You can also pay your monthly instalment in the app.

Unbalanced, could be simplified a lot
I was very glad to see the app was updated (finally) Also glad it worked right the first time I tried using it. Congratulations! I have a few thoughts though:
I’m a tech savvy user, but I find that making a payment - which is my primary use for this app most of the time - now requires way too much navigation.
I understand the app is geared towards online shopping across brands now, but at least balance out the ease of spending money with the same ease for paying back that money. Don’t hide my account statistics and ability to pay behind three levels of navigation.
Even though the previous version had its issues, when logging in, your account stats and ability to pay was front and center. I miss that now.
I also feel that the interface for the app is overwhelming in a sense. Too much going on. Either reduce the scope of the functionality or find a way to better present it.
Also, that marquee-banner-ad-thing at the top of all the pages, including the account details page, has to go. It adds to the feeling of being cluttered (in the sense of being a strange moving thing that I have to look at all the time but have no use for) without providing a whole lot of value. At least make it dismissible.
All in all this really is a long overdue update, but a lot can still be done to simplify the user experience and delight those of us who are long-time TFG customers.

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback, we've only recently started on the road to our ideal app and without users like yourself it would take us a lot longer.
We completely agree with you on the need to bring account management front and centre for easier visibility and access, watch this space ;) The main shop itself is currently facilitated through the mobile version of the website but we are also working constantly on trying to simplify and improve this as well. App is glitchy
Firstly, the app pauses my music when I launch it, why? The app itself is glitchy in that logins sometimes hang indefinitely and when logging in it’s a nightmare because the app does not save login data or auto log me in, there also isn’t a fingerprint logon option. Thirdly searches are not intuitive as you’ll find yourself having to start a search from scratch because after finding the back button on the top left it doesn’t even work right. Indeed if an item is not available we should know long before you even do, alas I have had orders cancelled that were running already. Please fix these issues as the app has great potential.
I’ve experienced some login issues with this app since I’ve downloaded it. The user constantly has to login to be able to browse or check account balances, as the app automatically logs out once you close it. Sometimes the login attempt doesn’t work, for no valid reason, and you end up entering your password 3 - 4 times, which can be quite frustrating. Screens are often blank when selecting a prompt and you have to exit and restart the entire login process again. Not entirely user-friendly.
