Ratings and Reviews
Absolutely ridiculous app
Writing my exam online via an internet portal. In order to end the app i am told by the app I have to upload a PDF. There is no PDF available on my phone as I am not writing manually on paper, I am writing and will be submitting via my laptop. The timer on the app is not correct and shows extra time as opposed to the actual time allocation. Overall an incredibly stressful experience added to an already stressful experience. No one to contact for help as the Cell number goes to voicemail and is only for WhatsApp, then the clever cloggs that designed the app, used their IT experience to design an answer BOT with no consideration of customer care and the poor stressed out end user who has 1. An exam on a laptop that needs to be submitted 2. Timing deadlines 3. An app running on the phone AND THEN EXPECTED TO USE WHATSAPP INSTEAD OF PROVIDING A PERSON TO SPEAK TO!! Worst experience ever!! Side bar - i have never written a review for an app, my experience was so bad, i feel compelled to let you know.
Drained battery, error msgs…I can go on all day
This app drained my battery from 70% to 10% in less than an hour and a half! How is that possible??! Load shedding was currently underway at that time. On The Invigilator App guide, it says that the app alerts you when your phone is on 30%. This app did no such thing! That, on top of error msgs that you get when you try to upload pics of your exam script, is a nightmare. Luckily I saw the battery meter in the nick of time. It’s messed up that an app can make it possible for a person to fail when they have done a lot to prepare for an exam. I guess an app’s technical glitches mean that the student is stupid and deserves to fail. Ridiculous
This app causes unnecessary anxiety and delays
Durin mg my test today I got a message to put my phone on charge when my phone was still charged over 20%. When I tried uploading my documents the app also didn’t scan them properly so I had to waste valuable time trying to get the scans to fit my whole page. I would really not recommend this app it got me zero for my test which is really unfair. When asking support for help they told me these are not technical difficulties? Really unimpressed and very demotivated we have to use this app for the remainder of our tests.
