Do not create an account with them. Warn your family members as well. Their agents often lurk in high areas were there a lot of people leaving from work and try to sign them up. Their agents will try to spin different stories what their company does. They talk fast and one even took my phone out of my hand to accept a debit order. They work in pairs where one distracts you and the other takes your information. STAY AWAY AND WARN ALL YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS !!!!

They are horrible to customers. Today I wanted to cancel my membership because I didn’t have money and the lady I won’t get my money back but they didn’t tell me right information🙄all of my money is gone. Don’t waste ur time

I’m disappointed with my recent experiences with Unlimited regarding vehicle claims. I made claims for two vehicles, but unfortunately, I received no feedback or support for either.For the first car, I ended up paying out of my own pocket because nothing was actioned. For the second car, I logged the claim, but again — no follow-up, no response, no resolution.Now, I have a third claim currently in progress, but based on past experience, I have no confidence that it will be processed or resolved either.This lack of communication and support is extremely frustrating and does not match the level of service one would expect. I sincerely hope this feedback reaches the right people and that meaningful changes are made.
