Disaster of an App
What an absolute disaster of an App. And I hate they give you no choice and force you to have it. I will be deleting it as soon as I have attended the CT7’s, and I will out of principle not buy tickets for an event where Ticketmaster are the suppliers.
Impossible to create an account. Impossible to transfer tickets, everything about it is troublesome. Error after error and you have to sign in EVERY time you use it, but then, it won’t let you.
If you can avoid it, do so at all costs.
Struggling to log in
Crikey, when the Ticketmaster app works it’s great, but when it doesn’t it’s awful!! Trying to log on and it tells me that 6 attempts have been made to log on to my account. I tried to reset my password which I did successfully, but now it won’t log me on with the new password!! I can log on to the browser without a problem, but the app is giving me grief when previously it’s been fine!! What the hell is going on??
Terrible app
The app is slow and clunky and now keeps saying “we can’t load your tickets right now” trying later does not help. What’s worse is the only way to get access to your tickets is through the app since they won’t even email them to you. It’s an idiotic ticketing system and I hope event organisers drop them because it’s extremely frustrating.
