TnT are a great courier
Absolute worst courier company
I’ve been waiting for my parcel for a month and two weeks . My parcel arrived after two weeks of ordering but TNT is just not delivering it . When I track it , it keeps on saying “payment not ready on delivery” .. I haven’t gotten any emails or calls or anything about this payment and as a result I don’t know how much I should pay and how or to whom I should and when I call they never pick up . This is the WORST OF THE VERY WORST courier companies… disappointed is an understatement!!!!

Been trying to track my parcel all day and get shunted from pillar to post only for telephone calls to go unanswered. Written 3 notes and no one reply’s. And they call it express service. Just want to know when the shipment is clearing customs. Not satisfactory customer service. After getting told last Thursday they would deliver my parcel latest Monday this week. Very unsatisfied simple acknowledgment of what’s happening with parcel would keep everyone satisfied at this point.
