Todoist: To-Do List & Tasks 4+

Fantastic tool! Has helped me become way more organised, and easily!

I love this tool, I use it everyday in many different ways, its even become my shopping list that I have shared with my partner. I use it to plan projects, moving out of my house, my day to day to do list. I love that it easily syncs across all devices & autobacks up. The Priority categories are super helpful too, though I kind of wish there were 6 not 4, but maybe my to do lists are too long. Would hundred percent recommend!

Good APP - needs work to make to make it GREAT

Undoubtedly, one of the BEST productivity APPs around. Easy to use, nice interface, generally fabulous. Weaknesses: 1. does NOT have capacity to EXPORT REPORTS. Which renders it kind of useless as a performance tracking APP. What use is having all those "To Dos" done, when you are unable to export it and SHOW and USE IT for your performance assessment? Data is all trapped IN THE APP. 2. User cannot set perimeters for Productivity - so can only see 7 days and 4 weeks. What if i want to CONTRAST my productivity over two quarters or two sets of periods? Cannot do it. 3. The labels function is GREAT, but again, users cannot change SETTINGS. So if you have 50 labels, you cannot sort them into alphabetical order. So looking for a label takes forever. So OVERALL a good APP, but it does need a bit of work to make it really GREAT. Will give them a few months to see if they upgrade the features to make it useful in a REAL WORK SETTING. If not, shall go in search of one that does. I recommend it, but it has limitations. Gfleur

Thank you for the detailed feedback! Just to share, you can integrate some of the 3rd party apps such as IFTTT to export all your completed tasks into a Google spreadsheet, for example. You can also use queries like "30 days" or "365 days" to filter tasks!

Helped an Organised Person Organise Their Life

I've tried numerous productivity/to-do app and never found one that actually works for the way that I structure my work. I am responsible for managing multiple people so my work often relates to other. Being able to schedule specific tasks for the future and able to have repetitive tasks allows me to "forget" things knowing that it's captured and focus on enabling my team to do their work.
