Very Bad Service
I tried to report an issue regarding a glitch with your game but customer service firstly gave me the wrong information from the wrong player and then kept saying that I made a mistake. Are you expecting me to play with my screen record on the entire time as evidence that it actually happened.
You clearly not worried about fixing any glitches or trying to assist us when we report a problem. And to top it all off I am the one who lost out on a lot of resources because of your glitch.
