Basic functionality doesn’t work
The application is very bad. You have to access the camera by logging in through the app and on the first log in it requests that you change the password and user name from the factory setting supplied. But functionality of the app doesn’t work at this stage so it is impossible to change the log in details and proceed to use the camera. Very bad product. I’ll be returning the camera to the store tomorrow.
Absolute piece of rubbish
If you have bought this camera... return it immediately, don’t even try it... it WILL NOT work... you were ripped off...the app looks as though it was developed by a 4 year old... it’s the worst app I have ever come across on my entire life... and if I could I would punch the developers in the face, for trying to sell such rubbish
DO NOT DOWNLOAD
App should be removes since its been discontinued and the cloudview and storage is no longer active... Instead Trendnet ipview should be used but even still I have been struggling a whole week and have still not been able to get the camera connected for remote viewing.
