UniFi 4+

Critical update required

I’ve been using this app for 2 years on my network environment. All of a sudden, I get a critical network application update and I can’t get into my network. I’ve updated the controller and firmware on the web portal but I still can’t access my network. Please assist. I prefer using the app more than the web interface.

Our team is enjoying the journey with UniFi

We are happy with the direction that the new control apps is taking. The visuals are becoming more cursory and active when you click on them for more detail. The user design makes sense and it is now easier to find your way around the app - quite intuitive and stable.

The firewall feature on the USGs need more investigation for future development, please.

Overall, would buy this entire system again and recommend it to the team. It’s professional and does what it says on the can, with a twist.

Awesome app

I might be just a tech guy but it’s awesome having all the stats from the UniFi controller at my finger tips anywhere in the world (paired with cloud key). Great design as well. I especially like the hidden gem of a throughput tester since typically our internet speeds are substantially slower than WiFi speeds. So at least this allows you to get a good idea what your maximum network speeds are. All in one app.
