Dont push subscription

I got snookered into needing a VPN and didnt realise i was signing up for a year. I paid the money and got the year and then cancelled straight away. But this frustrating app keeps telling me to extend my subscription. I dont want the flipping thing when it expires in a year's time...let me use the product i paid for and stop hassling me.
