What a wonderful selections o choose from. I enjoy just enjoy browsing through the different items. There are a few little things I would like to see changed like a bit of description under each item when browsing, save me going to the item in question to see what it is! The only place where Wish falls down is in the latter stage of the order, when it arrives at home!! Is it delivered by courier, at the Post Office, you tend to loose track of the order. Oh well, I’ve manage to get nearly all my orders, so I’ll still use them because they are there and on top of my list.

I have placed a couple of orders, some did not reach me. However I expect it had more to do with SA postal services than Wish. I noticed that it helps to add a postal address rather than a street address, it seems to speed up the delivery time. Like many other users stated, read the object description. Otherwise you might not end up with what was shown in the picture. The reviews are most helpful before making a final decision, although some reviews are obviously miss placed. Had no problems with refunding parcels that did not arrive. Overall it is a great concept with amazing deals, keep in mind that there might be additional costs when collecting parcels, sadly. And when ordering the cheapest parcels that seems to be to good to be true, don’t be so disappointed. It is cheaper for a reason. Higher priced items are of good qualty.

I purchased many items over 2019 when I first downloaded the wish app, which was recommended to me by my brother.My first few purchases took almost 3mths to arrive and many item were lost in transit and never received. on advising wish about this I was pleasantly surprised by the fast efficient response and credit of all lost items! I decided to make a further purchase from only one store and was pleasantly surprised once again with an early delivery and lovely items.I can recommend the service of wish as being honest and customer care oriented which sadly is not a commodity that one finds often in this day and age. A very happy customer!! Thank you wish.

Don’t think of buying Xmas presents for anyone using Wish. This is like playing a shopping game, it has spinning wheels, timed discounts, coupons and all that encourages sales. The only problem is you are playing with your real money and goods delivery and costs are not the company priority. I’ve been waiting over two months for many of my purchases and when I ask when goods are going to arrive I get a response saying a consultant will reply in 2-3 days. When I eventually get notification of this reply it sends me to an “internal server error” page. So no answer and I repeat the process over again and again. Today I got a two word reply, probably from an automated bot, “before Xmas” which is from this attitude supposedly acceptable. It isn’t, Xmas is only in 6 weeks, and what happens when I get to Xmas and it still doesn’t arrive..... Don’t think of buying Xmas presents for anyone using Wish. You’d WISH you didn’t.
