My App gets stuck

Love the game, very addictive, however my App get’s stuck either white screen or just stuck in the current screen. I have to try reloading or upgrading which works sometimes but not today. I am just starring at a blank screen. I don’t want to delete otherwise I lose my data, I am already on the Bigfoot level. Why does this happen?

I'm feeling most aggrieved. My WordBrain keeps indicating that I can watch a video for a hint. When I press the tab, nothing happens and the tab disappears. This can happen 3-4 times in a row, sometimes taking a couple of days before the hint tab and video teaser appears again.
But what I'm really annoyed about is that 1) I haven't been awarded my 3 hints after I completed 'SHEEP' which is 20% into your game, forchrissakes!!!
2) Then the twitter button didn't work so not only couldn't I access my hint award, I couldn't double it, as promised, even though I'd only used twitter once.
3) Then I wrote a complimentary 5-star review and no reward hints appeared.
4) So I wrote you an email and my server says it won't go through and implies that you're untrustworthy.
I'll say!
I suspect that 20% into completing the full game, there's a deliberate bug to force a purchase of hints, and I'm sure as hell not feeding my details into an untrustworthy site, that's for sure.
5) So here I am back again, complaining on your review page.
I only hope you don't delete this complaint.

My feelings about WordBrain

This game is really not a game. It is essential to keep your mind active and fit. Sometimes it might be frustrating. But then when you solve it you feel really good. It keeps your brain fit and active
