Disappointed greatly
I have been using World remit for months now and it never gave me challenges. Yesterday l sent money and it says waiting for authorization and l need to call them as their email requested. I have been calling them and no pick up on their end, which is costing me money to buy calling airtime. While l keep trying to get an answer l also tried to use the help and support on the app and they tell me to call them yet there are no answers on their end and they do not have an option for them to call me. I am very disappointed about this because the money is need urgently while on their part they insist on verbal verification that they do occasionally.
The App is good but needs some modifications
I used the app for the first time ,getting my profile verified wasn’t an issue and sending money was quite easy enough until my transaction was waiting for authorization for about a week or so, I was surprised that the “contact us tab” on the app doesn’t take you to FAQs ,chat or phone. I had to access all of that through the browser , I mean shouldn’t that be something embedded on the app or something?

Very Disappointed with your service
I wanted to share my recent experience with the World Remit service. While it used to function seamlessly, I must admit that my recent encounters have been quite disappointing. There appears to be a significant decline in the quality of service, and unfortunately, the support hotline doesn't seem to be responsive either. The changes that have been implemented in your processes are evidently causing inconvenience for users of your app. I'm hoping that these concerns are addressed promptly, as they affect the overa user experience negatively. I'm considering providing a rating for the app on the App Store based on my recent encounters, and it's disheartening to think that it might not be a positive one. I am looking forward to seeing improvements that will reinstate the conveniencs and reliability that World Remit was known for.
