It’s a very rare occasion that I do a review however I feel that it should be mentioned that the new update is absolutely frustrating in my opinion.. we should be able to have a default account that remains logged in or permissions made available for this as it takes very long to open on my IOS that fully updated.. therefore I know it’s not a device issue.. Trading is fast paced and apps should not be the reason for delays..

I’ve traded with XM for more then 3 years, everything worked well no complains, I did highly recommend and yet still do but now I have a problem whereby I try to deposit straight from the credit card and doesn’t want, tried online deposit still doesn’t want. It thinks that I use “Capitac Bank” and I use “Standard Bank”, So it doesn’t let me deposit cause it thinks I use “Capitac Bank” and I dont… Please sort this issue out XM

Withdrawal Not Received

I have been going through other reviews seems like there is an issue with withdrawals of people not receiving their funds. I unfortunately became one of them. Month after month they have been asking for my bank statement and I keep telling them it should take months for funds to clear and that it’s clearly an issue on their side. I hope this reaches many people before they download the app. They are a scam. Starting to look like their ranking is fraudulent because the service for straight forward processes is a nightmare.
