ZAFUL is my absolute favourite online store to shop from. They give more than a 5 star service and are ALWAYS on time with their shipping, queries, and feedback. I enjoy shopping on their app because they make shopping so stress free, easy and convenient for me. They always make outfit suggestions and when something I really like is out of stock, they send me a notification the minute they have stock of it. I have never had a hassle with the app or my orders - their team is always so helpful and efficient. Their app, products & service are amazing. If I could use and buy from their app every single day I would. My Favourite Online Shopping!
The items are literally identical to the pictures & descriptions! & the items are such good quality for such good value for money - it even ends up being cheaper ordering from ZAFUL than shopping in our South African stores! & SO much variety & SO much stock of the items!
They even give a Tracking Number & are very speedy with processing & sending parcels to South Africa - mine arrived within 2 full weeks! - however, South African Postal Services & Couriers are not always as up to speed, so my recommendation is to contact the Courier Companies directly if the parcel has arrived in your city but it is taking long or there is a problem with the Courier Company actually delivering it to your door, & just go collect it at the Courier Company instead. - it’s not ZAFUL causing the delays, it’s our Postal Services.
