Subscription Pricing and Terms:
Zello offers a 14-day free trial and an auto-renewing in-app subscription at $79.99 per month for Zello Work, a premium version of Zello built specifically for work. The in-app subscription is available for purchase after starting a trial. The trial and in-app subscription are currently only available for United States users.

The $79.99 per month payment for the subscription will be charged to the credit card connected to your account when you confirm the initial subscription purchase. The subscription will automatically renew every month unless canceled at least 24-hours before the end of your monthly subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of each subscription period. You can manage your subscription and cancel at any time by going to your account settings after the purchase. If you subscribe before your free trial ends, the rest of your free trial period will be forfeited as soon as your purchase is confirmed.

Volume adjustment

We are a growing bunch of blind people and we love Zello!!!!
It's a great app.
We manage to use all the feachers of the app.

There is one problem though.
I like the setting where you can adjust one of the members in the group's volume but there is no way to save the setting.
You can adjust the DB up or down and it works but as soon as you return to the screen to talk the volume that you have just adjusted goes back to default.
So it's kind of useless to have the setting there.
Please could you make sure that the volume setting remains what you have set it.
It helps allot when you have some loud users.

Overall I must give Zello a big high five for accessibility.
We are able to use the ap with voiceover turned on on the Apple devices.

We noticed another small thing.:
The sound and vibration that you have when you start talking disapperes after a while. When this happends you have no way of knowing if you are sending audio or not.
You are infact sending audio because the other people in your group can hear you.
This happends on the Apple devices like iPhones and iPads.
Wonder if it happends with other devices too?

Dear Zello team,

I am a citizen of Durban, South Africa. This week we experienced rioting and looting on an extreme scale. Our communities had to work together and unite to ensure the safety of our families and businesses. Our group of community members monitored our suburbs day and night and the tool that was used to communicate was Zello. It made live communications and updates easily shareable with no technical difficulties amongst a channel with hundreds of members. Thank you for the service and for enabling our community.

Random Audio switching

We have been avid users of Zello for the past 5 years. We have seen the app growing from a very basic interface to a very effective communication medium.

However the last few updates were bad!

We are a community organization using Zello to fight crime. Our patrollers and reaction team
members are regularly in contact with armed and dangerous criminals.

The latest update on Apple is randomly switching audio from speaker to phone - something extremely undesirable when in the middle of a chase or confrontation with armed criminals.

Also, we have requested for some time now an update where personal details like address and mobile number can be stored in hidden fields only visible (selectable) to mods and/or admins.
