Is it possible?

App is okay, however, I experienced something strange since starting to use the Mi 3 Band. Start using the band in December 2918 while in South Korea. The app was downloaded while there. When back in South Africa, everything continue just fine until 17 January when the band need to charge. After the charging, there seemed to be a communication issue between the band and the app. In the end, the app was deleted and reinstalled. The communication issue is sorted, but the “new” app gives now far less detail (i.e. graphs of heart rate and sleeping patterns) than the previous version. In this I agree thus with the previous commenter. Both were downloaded from the App Store.

Good app but issue with newest update

I really like the app and how easy it is to use. However since the newest update, my sleep is no longer recording/syncing and all my sleep history is gone. Please look into this as I really enjoyed checking my sleep analysis when I woke up.

Won't connect since update

I have loved all the updates that have been happening for my mifit 2 band. However, ever since the most recent one, I now can't sync my band to my app - which means I can't track anything like I used to. I can't set alarms or do anything that makes it a smart band.

Please can someone fix this? I reported it but received a generic email back with no solution.
