Practical

It works well. Especially when you are moving around. Having the notification on your phone makes sure you don’t miss a ticket. For a mobile version this is pretty decent. Well done 🙏

I’m currently still using the free version, for testing, so far so good, I’m loving it…definitely convinincing management to buy the full version

Widget Not Working

Cool app especially for easy access to all my tickets while I’m on the go.

Only issues is the iOS widget is not working fine it is supposed to show you the number of tickets based on ticket status and selected department but that is not filtering through correctly.

Please fix this!
