Was a huge fan of the app and raved many times about its convenience. Not anymore. I’m considering just sticking to ordering from individual shops on their own platforms. The new app is really not user friendly anymore. All the shops are merged and the also the product lists have gotten smaller. I preferred knowing which shop I wanted good from and choosing from the shops menu. The new app is tedious to start up- I had to reload it more than once for it to operate smoothly. My in app money from refunds I had previously gotten had disappeared from the first app. I ended up having to physically do the shopping myself on a day when I badly needed it to be delivered. Perhaps the old app was better. All Woolworths products have seemingly disappeared so perhaps Woolworths is not a partner anymore? If so then this information should have been communicated to the buyer. Frustrating to say the least.

The biggest thing I love about Zulzi is that they operate until 10pm!! I don’t know any other store/app that offers this. If you’ve forgotten the milk/ bread/ coffee etc or feel like a treat after dinner, this is fantastic! Although they don’t hit the 15min mark, they are very speedy! I also appreciate that they tend to mark products that are out of stock as such and even call to suggest an alternative. I’ve been using them for a year now and am thankful for their offering. I didn’t use it before the model changed so this works well for me. It’s also great that you can send a msg to them directly on the app with their messages feature.

Good and useful app generally, gets the shopping done but the updated app is extremely user unfriendly. It’s not intuitive at all. Add to the fact that you can no longer choose your preferred store. Review some of your functionality and algorithms from the eyes of the customer. Also, offer a product swap option - so many times I’ve either received an expired product or the shoppers have made grave errors and there’s nothing I can do. And of course there’s nothing Zulzi will do. They pretty much shrug their shoulders.

This App has just gotten worse over time. I used to absolutely love using it, it was so convenient, I used it at least a couple of times a week, now I don’t even bother because it has become such a headache to navigate. It no longer allows you to select which store you wish to shop at, at the beginning of the shopping process. For someone like me who prefers to only shop at one particular store, it is a nightmare to use.Also, they need to teach their shoppers to select items with the latest expiry date (because that’s what we all obviously do when we do our own shopping), they need to dig for these items at the bottom or the back of the bunch, no one wants a pack of 6 yoghurts that expire tomorrow! To me it feels like all they are chasing is time/money and not ensuring a quality product.
