List, cancel and edit your working orders

Version 310.1
- One time login has been implemented. Users will now only need to log in only once after the application installation.
- Support of the Net-based accounts trading model. All related screens now display net position data properly.
- Opening time is shown on Position Details.
- Creation time is shown on Order Details.
- Firebase screen time metrics have been integrated.
