The app has a number of issues and for the past three months I haven’t been able to successfully open it. One can wonder, isn’t MTN testing their software regularly to make sure it is working well. The concept is good, the delivery is beyond poor

Why did you get rid of access to phone book?
The most useful feature of the app was that, if you wanted to transfer funds, you could easily verify the number and name being transferred to. So naturally, they got rid of this feature in the upgrade. Way to go guys
