Disappointed! Bring back the old showmax!!
This new showmax has no updated seasons, is not as user friendly as the previous version! Sure does feel like a waste of money! I thought maybe after updating I’ll get a better experience. Please guys improve otherwise this is my last subscription!
Horrible
The new Showmax app is deplorable and shows woeful misguidance by whomever the company's advisers are. It is not user friendly, it is difficult to delete shows from "continue watching" or from your downloaded list. Your progress in shows you were watching from the previous version of the app is completely gone. Even worse, I was on season 3 of a particular series and after the "downdate", the show only begins from season 4. I doubt I will be renewing my subscription. They have completely ruined it. If you haven't yet paid for a subscription, I would strongly advise you against doing so.
Where are all the old shows gone?
I can’t watch my favorite show from the previous app. I searched and can’t find it. Now I’m just angrily looking at my screen because what’s the point?
