Description
ZESCO Mobile provides ZESCO customers with an efficient and effective way to report faults, lookup their new installation status, track previously purchased tokens for power among other features.
Customers need to first sign up before using the application. Meter number or the customer account number can be used to register. It is also a requirement that customers signup for the SMS service prior registering for the ZESCO Mobile App service. Customers must ensure that the mobile phone number submitted is active, and registered to the premise they are currently occupying.

The first step in the app should not be meter number input; I am a first time applicant for a new connection so this doesn’t make sense for people like me.
No Information on Loadshedding
I downloaded the app to be able to follow the loadshedding schedule as advised by the customer care. The app has no information on it.
Waste of time
This app doesn’t work on iPhones only on android. Failures developer , find someone else who can manage to do great job.
