Tonight I had a ride from a South African registration number HZ57LNGP a white VW polo driven by a guy named CHRISTIAN he was mean and complained a lot about the distance and demanded I add more money on top instead of the stipulated price by Bolt. I asked him to drop me on the road and I kindly gave him the money for the ride and the top up he demanded. He further threatened to hunt me down hence I paid him the money three fold. Help me

Most drivers are being professional and helpful . I think rating them also helps . It feels safe too cause a 3 rd party is involved
Complaint
Your application doesn’t give a true reflection of what’s happening , it misrepresents facts for example you request a car then it shows that car is supposed to get to requested destination in 5 minutes it keeps saying car coming in 5 minutes then it goes , to 4 minutes then 3 minutes then it comes back to 5 minutes .. im so disappointed bolt came in 15 minutes later ,after saying car will come in 5 minutes 😡😡😡😡
