I am totally failing to use the app. It’s telling me there is an update and as you go to the store there is nothing. Checking balance and any other transaction are failing

Totally Useless
This app is totally useless. After being notified of a newer version 4.2.5 there is nothing on the App Store. You cannot activate the app or get access to the live chat to rectify any issues. Total waste of time. Crappy app for a crappy bank.
