Application freeze
Most cases the app doesn’t refresh, it freezes and stay on loading for ages until you restart the phone.
There is need to upgrade the software
Problem When using the app in Dark mode.
I normally use my iPhone in dark mode and when im using the Ecocash application, and i open a scroll menu, i can not see the options but it will be scrolling and working just fine. If i turn on light mode, the text on scroll items is black and i can see. Can you update the application with dark mode in mind for users like us?
Can only use on one device
Is anyone at Econet actually following up on these reviews? The way I see it you will probably end up losing loyal customers! It's so frustrating trying to log in to the *151*200# option especially with these new security questions that sign u up for a service u don't even want and it keeps asking u to answer the questions! And now I can't use the app either because of this one device nonsense! Come on Econet you guys are better than this!
