Upgrade not working

Dear App developer,

I am writing this review to bring to your attention a recent issue that I encountered while using your application. I have been a loyal user of your app for some time now and have found it to be very useful for my needs. However, I have been trying to upgrade to a premium subscription, but the app is not accepting my subscription or upgrade.

I have tried several times to upgrade my subscription, but the app keeps displaying an error message. I have also tried to contact your support team, but I have yet to receive any assistance.

As a result, I would like to kindly request that you investigate this issue and provide a solution as soon as possible. I would appreciate it if you could update the app to ensure that it is able to accept subscriptions and upgrades without any issues.
