Problems
This game is awesome but I think you have to improve a lot in as far as in-game coins are concerned. I won many times and did not get my coins. Customer service does not do anything in response to queries put forward by me. I also got cut today when I was in the final of the Challengers Cup tournament and I was leading. It is so frustrating and boring. Not only does this game do it in the tournaments but also during normal games, you just find that you have been cut off the game and you have to go back. The referee is too strict and moreover try to allow substitution; team management is needed. Try to be as practical and as realistic as possible. My main concern is with the cutting off of games and you make the opponent the winner. That’s very unfair. Try to work on this. With regards to coins also please give a team it’s coins when it wins even if there happen to be network interruptions. It’s so frustrating to win and earn nothing. When you upgrade, say, by creating another stadium, please, do it for everyone because by not doing it you give an upper hand to those with that stadium. That would be very unfair. I reckon some goals are not real goals by are off target side netted “goals”. That is unfair indeed and the game seems to decide who wins and who loses. That’s also unfair. Please make the game much fairer.
