Its purpose is to provide important information about the Beef and Lamb production chain in Australia, focusing primarily on animal welfare, sustainability as well as health and nutrition.
This fully immersive resource tells the story of Australian red meat production, from the farm right through to the consumer, and highlights how Australia produces ethical and sustainable red meat of the highest quality.
