Our mission at Plito is to revolutionize the e-commerce and marketplace experience in Nigeria and across Africa. We achieve this through a secure escrow and wallet system that guarantees the safety of both buyers and sellers.

When a buyer discovers an item of interest on our platform, they can seamlessly connect with the seller, gather more details, and complete the purchase directly on Plito. The payment is securely held by Plito until the seller delivers the item, and the buyer confirms its satisfactory condition. Subsequently, we release the payment to the seller, who conveniently receives it in their Plito wallet.

Sellers have the flexibility to transfer funds directly to their bank account, purchase airtime or data bundles, or even save the money on Plito. Buyers can effortlessly make deposits to their wallet by transferring funds from their local bank account to the assigned account number on Plito.

Plito offers a range of services categorized into four products to cater to the diverse needs of its users: Digital Services, Physical Products, Physical Services (coming soon) and Digital Products

**Digital Services:**
This service is designed for talented freelancers and professionals with digital expertise such as programming, graphic design, writing, video editing, music production, digital marketing, and data analysis. Freelancers can showcase their skills and attract clients by creating detailed posts, known as gigs, containing a captivating title, a comprehensive description of services, a portfolio highlighting previous works, FAQs, and three pricing options to accommodate different budgets.

**Physical Products:**
Item Sales: For individuals looking to sell items like electronics, phones, or cars, the Item Sales service is the ideal platform. Users can quickly sell their items by posting essential details, including the item name, brand, condition, price, pictures, and other relevant information. Buyers can easily find and purchase items they need from the Item Sales section.

Storefront: Our Storefront service is tailored for small and medium businesses seeking a digital store to automate and streamline sales. Businesses can create a digital store with their name, showcasing and selling products like bags, shoes, and wigs. A store becomes public after uploading a minimum of two items. Buyers can explore different stores, add items to their cart, and make instant payments. Each store has its own cart, ensuring a unique shopping experience.

**Digital Products:**
This section allows users to sell e-products, including ebooks, website templates, design templates, and courses. Sellers must possess copyright ownership or a license for the digital products, as each item undergoes a thorough investigation. Sellers provide details such as title, description, versions, preview images, and the actual file in zip format. Buyers can make purchases and instantly download their e-goods.
