The Radisson Operations App is the all-in-one platform that simplifies daily communication and collaboration within the Radisson Hotel Group. It connects 35.000 Radisson Hotel Group employees across 120 countries on one central platform.

There are three different products that ensure standardized workflows and increase efficiency: hotelkit Collaboration, hotelkit Housekeeping and hotelkit Facility Management. Daily shift handovers, tasks, checklists, repair orders as well as guest requests can be digitalized and handled in a structured manner.
