I am failing register,after entering all required details there seems to be no progress the app is just simply stuck,l have uninstalled and downloaded it again and again but still no change,please fix that..We are really trying to support but there are so many glitches,by now from all the complaints and review we expected that everything would be functioning properly.. Rectify before we completely forget about this app and continue with the ones with superb service

The app had some challenges before but its been fixed now and is working very well and all their drivers are very friendly its like such a special feature that differentiates them from other taxi apps not to forget the star link network , its such a wonderful service i tell you 🙌

Excellent Service, Blocked by Basic Flaws

The core taxi service is excellent, reliable, clean, and efficient. However, two critical flaws make the app unusable in common situations.First, there is no password reset option. If you forget your password, you are permanently locked out and must create a new account, losing all your data. This is a fundamental oversight.Second, the app blocks all trips under 1km, with no alternative like a minimum fare. This leaves users stranded during bad weather, with heavy bags, or mobility issues.These aren't minor bugs but major barriers. Please add account recovery and allow short trips with a minimum fee. Until then, I cannot recommend the app.

It’s not registering. This is literally step 1 😂 the old app was terrible, but this isn’t even going through to the second step which is just worse. Why is there an error message telling me I’ve exceeded message limit lol. Anyway, hope you guys can fix this soon. Again.
