Make it make sense
I live in Canada and I have the app and have used it with no problem in the past. Today for the first time, I got a notification on my phone from the app saying I can get free delivery until August 29th. Sweet! I haven’t had lunch yet, so I’ll order and get it delivered to save me a trip there…or so I thought. I put my order in and select “delivery”. I put my address in and it tells me “sorry, we can’t deliver to this address”. I tried about three times and got the same message. Why send me that notification (first time I even got any kind of notification at all from this app actually) if it won’t even work where I live? That’s like putting a coupon in my mailbox for the restaurant location, going to the location and using it, and the location decides not to honour it. Please fix this…
APP CONSTANTLY CRASHES! GOING TO MUCHO BURRITO INSTEAD!
Just at Chipotle now. Trying to order. App prompts me to sign in. Crashes and closes. Tried this 7 times. I’m so frustrated with this app that I’ve just left Chipotle and I’m looking for a Mucho Burrito instead.
